Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

This policy describes which data may be processed on the MozaGame / MozaDeveloper site, for which purposes, and how the user may contact the operator.

Terms are used in the meaning of the personal data legislation of the Russian Federation. The Russian version is primary for legal interpretation.

2. What is processed now

In the current public version, the site does not create accounts, accept payments, collect email through forms or send requests to a server.

Only necessary interface settings may be stored in the browser: selected language, cookie consent and the date of that choice in localStorage.

3. Future data

After the corresponding functions are launched, the following may be processed: email, login or nickname; account, personal account, game progress and internal coin data; IP address, user-agent, cookies, dates and times of actions on the site; purchase status and information about a digital product, paid game, paid lesson or ZIP file; technical emails, email delivery statuses and support requests; consents for analytics, cookies, advertising and personal data processing.

4. Processing purposes

Data may be processed for site operation and saving user settings; future registration, authorization and personal account; saving game progress, coins and access to materials; sale of paid games, lessons, ZIP files and other digital materials; technical emails without publishing internal mail service settings; support and payment requests; analytics through Yandex Metrica and advertising through Yandex Advertising / RSYA after separate activation.

5. Legal grounds

Processing grounds may include user consent, performance of the user agreement, performance of a contract or public offer, legal requirements for site security, accounting and tax records.

6. Third parties and services

In the future, the operator may use a technical email service for automatic emails, Yandex Metrica for analytics, Yandex Advertising / RSYA for advertising and Robokassa for payments.

Bank card data must not be stored on the MozaGame site; payment data is processed by the payment provider.

7. Automatic emails

The planned sender for technical emails is noreply@mozagame.ru. This address is intended only for automatic notifications and is not intended for user replies.

For user requests, mozagame@mail.ru is used.

8. Cookies and analytics

Necessary settings are used for interface operation. Analytical and advertising cookies may be used only after the user chooses them in the cookie panel and after the corresponding services are actually connected.

Real counters and advertising scripts are not connected now.

9. Storage periods

Cookie consent settings are stored in the browser until the user clears them or changes settings.

After accounts and payments are launched, storage periods will be determined by the processing purpose, legal requirements, account validity period and the need to protect the rights of the operator and users.

10. User rights

The user may request information about processing, correction, blocking or deletion of data, and may withdraw consent by writing to mozagame@mail.ru.

To process the request, the operator may ask for data sufficient to identify the requester.

11. Security

The operator takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data.

Before backend functions, payments and accounts are launched, such functions must be separately checked and reflected in the site documents.
