Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

This Policy explains which personal data is processed on the MozaGame website, why it is used, and how a user can contact the operator. The terms are used in accordance with the personal data legislation of the Russian Federation.

Use of the website means that the user has read this Policy. Personal data is processed for the purposes and on the legal grounds specified in this Policy and in the Consent to Personal Data Processing.

2. Operator and contact details

The personal data operator is Alexander Alexandrovich Mosin, MozaGame project. Questions concerning personal data processing may be sent to mozagame@mail.ru.

3. Data that may be processed

• the user's email address;
• a username or display name when the user uses an account or contacts support;
• information contained in user requests;
• browser and device technical data, IP address, request date and time, and visited pages;
• the user's cookie choice stored in localStorage;
• anonymised analytics data collected through Yandex Metrica with the user's consent;
• game data, including progress, saves, settings, and information about game access or purchases where applicable.

• operation of the website and games;
• authentication and access recovery when an account is used;
• storage of game progress and settings;
• responding to user requests;
• sending technical notifications;
• traffic analysis and website improvement through Yandex Metrica with the user's consent;
• maintaining website security;

5. Legal grounds

The legal grounds for processing include the user's consent, including consent to analytics cookies, performance of the Terms of Use, the user's request, website security requirements, and protection of the operator's rights.

6. Cookies and Yandex Metrica

Essential cookie settings and localStorage are used for the interface and for remembering the user's choice. Yandex Metrica is enabled only after the user consents to analytics cookies. It may use cookies and localStorage to collect anonymised visit statistics. The user may change the choice through the “Cookie settings” button.

7. Game data and account

When an account or game features are used, the website processes data required for sign-in, access recovery, and storage of game progress, saves, and settings. This information is used to provide the website and game features to the user.

8. Payment data

MozaGame does not receive or store complete bank-card details, including the card number, expiry date, or CVV. Payment details are processed by the payment provider on its own systems. MozaGame may process information required to confirm a purchase and provide access, including an order identifier, payment status, purchased items, transaction date, and technical payment-event data.

9. Disclosure to third parties

Data is disclosed to third parties only within the purposes of processing: hosting and technical infrastructure providers, analytics services with the user's consent, a payment provider when a payment is made, and in other cases required by law.

10. Retention periods

Data is retained no longer than necessary for the processing purposes, legal requirements, account operation, provision of access to materials, and protection of the operator's or user's rights. Cookie-consent settings remain in the browser until the user clears them or changes the settings.

11. User rights

The user may request information about processing, correction, restriction, or deletion of personal data, and may withdraw consent by writing to mozagame@mail.ru. The operator may request information sufficient to identify the applicant.

12. Data protection

The operator applies necessary legal, organisational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, restriction, copying, disclosure, distribution, and other unlawful actions.
