User Agreement

1. Site status

The site is an author project with games, scripts, utilities and learning materials.

Registration, personal account, payments and cookie consent buttons are placeholders and do not mean that the corresponding server functions already work.

2. Site materials

Games, demos, texts, images, learning materials, scripts, ZIP files and interface elements belong to the rights holder unless another rights holder is specified near a concrete material.

Users may not present site materials as their own, remove authorship information or distribute them in violation of the terms.

3. Future accounts

After registration is launched, the user will be able to create an account and personal account.

The user must provide accurate data, not transfer access to third parties and report suspected unauthorized access.

4. Progress and coins

Game progress and internal coins, if added, are used only inside the site or game.

Coins are not money, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for rubles or transferred to other users unless separate rules say otherwise.

5. Paid functions

Paid games, lessons, materials and ZIP files may appear only after the offer, payment provider, fiscalization and access terms are connected.

Until then, Robokassa and real payment scenarios are not connected to the site.

6. Prohibitions

Users must not hack the site, bypass restrictions, interfere with interface operation, use bots or abusive automation, publish malicious code, try to access other users' data or infringe copyright to games, lessons, scripts and other materials.

7. Advertising and analytics

Yandex Metrica and Yandex Advertising / RSYA may be added later with cookie consent and updated documents.

Google Analytics, Google OAuth and Telegram Login are not connected now.

8. Limitation of liability

The site and materials are provided in their current form.

The operator is not responsible for inability to use the site for reasons outside reasonable control, including hosting, network, user browser or third-party service failures.

9. Changes to the terms

The operator may update the agreement.

A new version applies from the moment it is published on the site unless it says otherwise.
