1. Website status

MozaGame is an independent website featuring browser and downloadable games, game pages, Moza World, pixel art, animations, breakdowns, and other original materials.

By opening website pages, launching games, downloading builds, or using an account, the user accepts these Terms and the related legal documents.

2. Games and materials

Games, text, images, pixel artwork, animations, interface elements, and other original materials belong to the rights holder unless stated otherwise next to a particular item.

Users may not present website materials as their own, remove authorship information, or distribute them in violation of the author's rights or applicable law.

3. Account and saves

The user is responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Local game saves may exist only in the browser or on the device and may be lost when data is cleared, an app is removed, or the device is changed.

4. File downloads

Available builds are provided for personal use. Before installation, the user is responsible for checking device compatibility, operating-system requirements, and the download source.

5. Prohibited actions

• hacking the website or bypassing technical restrictions;
• interfering with the website, games, accounts, or other users;
• attempting to access another person's data;
• distributing malicious code;
• infringing copyright or other legal rights.

6. Analytics and cookies

7. Limitation of liability

The website, games, and materials are provided as they currently exist. The project owner is not responsible for hosting, network, browser, user-device, or third-party service failures outside reasonable control.
