Public Offer

1. Subject of the offer

The offer will regulate access to future paid games, lessons, materials, ZIP files and other digital products of the MozaGame / MozaDeveloper project.

At the moment real paid functions and Robokassa payment scenarios are not connected.

2. Acceptance

Acceptance may be performed by paying for a selected digital product after payment functions are launched and after the offer terms are published.

Using the current public frontend is not acceptance of paid terms.

3. Price and payment

Prices, payment method, fiscalization rules and payment provider details will be shown before payment.

Bank card data must be processed by the payment provider and must not be stored on the MozaGame site.

4. Providing access

Access to paid digital materials may be provided through a personal account, download link, email or another method described near the product.

The exact method must be described before payments are enabled.

5. Refunds

Refund rules for digital materials will be described in the offer and near paid products before payments are launched.

Technical inability to access a paid product may be reviewed through support.

6. Technical emails

Technical emails may be sent from noreply@mozagame.ru after email infrastructure is connected.

For user requests, mozagame@mail.ru is used.

7. Intellectual property rights

Payment for access does not transfer exclusive rights to games, lessons, scripts, ZIP files, texts, images or interface elements.

The user receives only the access rights described in the product terms.
